What we collect

When you request quotes we collect what you type in the form: name, phone, email, ZIP, town, project details and the other answers on the form, plus the page you sent it from. Our form provider (FormSubmit) delivers form submissions to us by email, and our host (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

We use your request only to match you with a local pro and to follow up about that request. We share it with one independent pro for your trade and area (or a second if the first can't help). That pro may contact you by phone, text or email about your project. We keep a record of requests so we can reconcile referral fees with pros.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to lead lists, marketers or data brokers.
• We don't add you to a newsletter.
• We don't share your request with more than two pros without asking you.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests for up to 24 months for record-keeping, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information or stop contact at any time through our contact form; we'll also ask any pro we shared it with to do the same.

Children

This site is for adults arranging their own projects and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
